The first time I went to the office, my main problem was a cavity on the lower molar which was causing me a lot of pain. I had been in several dental offices in the last few years but none had satisfied me in any way. They had always tried to heal me in pieces without ever taking the situation in hand as I think it should be done. By taking care of my teeth only “as needed” I continued to have problems and never saw an end. As soon as I got to Marco’s studio, I immediately noticed that the atmosphere was completely different. All the staff was kind, always smiling, no waiting time seemed a surreal thing almost unbelievable. Thus began my path of care full of confidence and optimism. One day Marco took two pictures of my face and teeth and pointed out that they were shorter than normal as they were worn; then in a few seconds on the computer, she changed their shape and color and I was amazed. Now my teeth were longer and whiter in short, a smile that would be the envy of Hollywood stars. I had already noticed in the past that my front teeth were not perfect and in fact, I often did not smile willingly; let’s say that taking pictures was not really my passion, perhaps because I unconsciously knew about this defect. Of course, once I saw that change on the computer, I wouldn’t have given up for anything in the world to get that smile that I had always wanted but that I thought was really unattainable. But first Marco did one more thing to make me fully aware of what the result would be. He created my new tailored smile and applied it over my teeth so I could see first what the true future result would be; in short, a smile without surprises as he often defines it. Now with my new smile, I feel really good. I always smile very happily and I can’t wait to take pictures because I would like to show them to the whole world. I am more sure of myself and I believe that there is no person more qualified and more prepared than Marco to create your new smile, all “without surprises”!
